Dr. Raju is a distinguished leader with 35 years of experience across the Indian Army, government, private sector, academia and international assignments. An expert in strategic planning, investments, governance, project management, Consulting, Leadership  and Communication Training,   and resource planning and mobilization, he is an author and has successfully led institutional reforms, infrastructure initiatives, L&D Interventions and development projects across domains.

Dr. Neelima  is a distinguished academic, researcher, trainer and educational leader with over 28 years of experience in higher education. She currently serves as Associate Professor and Head of the Department of Communication and Soft Skills.  Holding advanced qualifications in English Literature, Psychology and Business Administration, she specializes in communication skills, leadership development, language teaching, employability skills and faculty development. Dr. Neelima is the author of four books, holder of three international patents and has published over 40 research papers. Recognized with several academic awards, she is dedicated to empowering learners and professionals through transformative education and skill development.
